He was born on August 9, 1988 in Gaziantep.
In 2006, he graduated from Gaziantep College Foundation Private Science High School.
In 2011, he completed Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry, with English language of instruction.
In 2011, he was accepted to the doctoral program of Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Prosthodontics.
My family trusts Dr. Halis Özsürmeli and Cihangir Dental Clinic completely, they have been with us for years and helped us on numerous occasions.
He completed his PhD with his thesis “In vitro Investigation of Marginal and Internal Fit of Restorations Produced with Digital Recording and Conventional Measurement Methods”.
The result of his doctoral thesis work titled “In vitro evaluation of the marginal and internal fit of different type of dental ceramic restorations fabricated after digital and conventional impressions” accepted for the publication by international scientific journal ”The International Journal of Prosthodontics”.
He made poster and oral presentations in many national and international congresses, and his articles were published in scientific journals.
In 2019, he established ‘Cihangir Dental Clinic’ together with Dr. Hazar Yaldız. He continues all his clinical work here.
